Your Privacy Matters

This policy explains what information Renew Medical Group collects through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Effective October 23, 2026

01Introduction

Renew Medical Group and its affiliated companies (together, “Renew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) form a management services organization that builds and manages physician and CRNA programs for hospitals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through renewmedgrp.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site and through email you send to addresses published on the Site. It does not apply to protected health information we may handle when providing clinical or billing services. That information is governed by HIPAA. Renew’s clinicians provide care at hospitals and other facilities as part of an organized health care arrangement, so patients should refer to the Notice of Privacy Practices provided by the facility where they received care.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

02Information We Collect

Information you give us. We collect information you choose to submit through the Site:

  • Clinician applications: your name, email address, phone number, state, current employment status, the opportunities you are interested in, how you heard about us, any notes you add, and your CV or resume if you upload one.
  • Contact inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, hospital or organization name, and job title.
  • Email: anything you include when you write to an address listed on the Site, such as info@renewmedgrp.com or verifications@renewmedgrp.com.

Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through the Site’s forms. If we need that information for credentialing or employment, we will request it through a secure process.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time you spend on them, the site that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

03How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Review applications, contact candidates, and match clinicians with open positions
  • Respond to inquiries from hospitals, healthcare organizations, and other visitors
  • Begin credentialing and onboarding for clinicians who join Renew
  • Send occasional updates about opportunities or services, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Protect the security of the Site and prevent fraud or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Site and our business, including website hosting, form and workflow tools (such as Monday.com, which stores application submissions), customer relationship management (CRM) software, cloud file storage (such as Google Drive), email, and analytics (Google Analytics). These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Hospital and facility partners. We may share a clinician’s application details and CV with hospitals or facilities considering them for a position. We typically discuss an opportunity with a clinician before sharing, and a clinician may ask us not to share their information with a particular facility.
  • Credentialing and verification. When a clinician joins Renew, we share information as needed with hospitals, payers, and credentialing bodies to complete credentialing and enrollment.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Renew, our partners, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Renew is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser and collects information about your visits on our behalf. Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Some parts of the Site may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

06How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. We generally keep clinician applications for up to 4 years so we can contact candidates about future openings, and contact inquiries for up to 3 years, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for a legal matter. Records for clinicians who join Renew are kept according to our employment and credentialing record-keeping requirements.

07How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on the systems that store submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email info@renewmedgrp.com. You can also stop marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, or to appeal a decision about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

09Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and organizations. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site.
