Oversees the recruitment and onboarding of providers across anesthesia, radiology, hospital medicine, and other specialties. In addition to leading provider acquisition efforts, he supports the successful implementation of clinical practices across the organization’s national footprint. Steele collaborates closely with both clinicians and hospital administrators to ensure that each program is aligned with hospital goals, delivers operational efficiency, and provides high-quality patient care. Before joining Renew, Steele worked in medical device consulting and sales for a major device supply company, supporting orthopedic surgeons in the operating room and partnering with hospital teams to develop clinical solutions. He holds a degree in biology from Brigham Young University and has a strong background in healthcare operations, provider relations, and strategic growth. Originally from Arizona, Steele enjoys running, off-roading, and spending time outdoors.
